Dubai is not a nomad-friendly city outside November to February

Currently in Dubai, and each visit only adds to my confirmation a new layer. Dubai is not a nomad-friendly city especially outside the November to February period. It's even unfair to compare Phuket or Bali with Dubai or Kuala Lumpur.
