Fastdok is now sold on Acquire, time to let go

Fastdok is now sold on @acquiredotcom ... Let's say it's time to let go 👋 The product is not anymore supported or improved since a few months ago. A few more details are below 👇

Why sold it? Maybe will talk later about the top mistakes that answer the why but mainly the biggest ones; 🔴MVP and many milestones of the product building took too much time, along with the necessity to pivot the product's value proposition radically ...

Here are some insights from the selling day of the app: 👥 Users: 3376 👤 Free plan users: 3152 💯 Lifetime users: 224 💰 Sales: 4859$ 📢 Marketing spending: 0$ 💸 Fastdok was running on a recurring monthly cost of 11$/month making the app's lifetime total cost of server, hosting, and domain around 400$

@acquiredotcom made the process pretty easy. Received a few offers, ended up choosing the best offer that fits, received an LOI (Letter Of Intent), passed the due diligence, and then signed an APA (App Purchase Agreement). Then did the transfer and here we are.

The 3rd product acquisition to date and the first one via @agazdecki's Acquire. Thanks Andrew and all the team for the great support & availability, and for everyone else who supported Fastdok from the day it was launched.
